Gratitude – Your Secret Ingredient

What’s so good about developing an attitude of gratitude?

Check out the bottom of this article for the answer…..

Lets get started, here’s how:

Begin each day with a ‘Circle of Gratitude’

Develop the habit of devoting 5 – 10 minutes (at least, more if you can!) to thinking about your ‘circle of gratitude’. Start with your family, your children, your friends, workmates etc, and work your way through them all, really feeling the feelings of gratitude when you think of each one in turn. The more you focus on who and what you are grateful for in this way the more you will be aware of how much you actually do have, this leads on to the next habit….

Age is Nothing – Attitude is Everything

Do you feel as if life has passed you by? Have you worked your whole life only to find that the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow has no gold in it? The good news is, you are not alone! There are thousands of people just like you. You gave it your all and now you are past what most people think of as your prime and there is nothing to show for the whole damned thing! There is even better news! Age is nothing, attitude is everything!

Oh sure, tell me I can do what I want!

Well, I might not tell you that you can do anything you want. After all, I am assuming you are over the age of about thirty and there are some things that just cannot be. You probably cannot sign up to be and airborne Ranger. You probably cannot do a hundred sit-ups right now. What I will tell you is that there are few limitations on what you can or cannot do except what you create in your own mind.

You have given up your dreams to live the life that you have lived. Now I know this isn’t true for everyone, but I also know it is true for enough of you. You wanted so much. When you were in school you had dreams and then life hit you in the face and the dreams slowly died. It doesn’t have to be that way.

Drugs and the Mind

Many people underestimate the power of their minds and often fail to recognize the truth which is that we eventually become what we think we are. An attachment to this principle is – as a man thinks, so he shall be. For this very reason, people decide to go into drugs – they see their lives as hopeless and they launch themselves into a labyrinth of alcoholism, cocaine addiction and hopelessness. What we see today to highlight such actions are many drug rehabs scattered across the country trying to offer their services to help the drug addict break free from the downward road to drugs.

Ever since early inventions, mankind has been esteemed as being the most intelligent of all species, but with the rise of substance abuse rocking the world to pieces one really has to wonder if we have taken a look at our true mental potential. Why are there so many families that have been torn apart because of alcoholism and why is there always an increase in drug trafficking if we are called the most intelligent of species?

How to Never Give Up – Why Some People Refuse to Fail

Few weeks ago Anderson Cooper 360 of CNN interviewed Pastor Joel Osteen of Lakewood church in Texas asking why some brother fail and some make it. The Pastor answer was, the believe that there will be a better day, and having faith has a lot to do with it. Believers believe God will rescue you no matter you’re your present circumstances.

Does this kind of faith and believe come from family, religion, society teaching or one’s own desire and ambitious for a better life and contribution to the world? Well I think this is something both science and religion still trying to figure out. My believe is there is no one answer to this question because many factors can result in why few make it to the top and majority don’t.

Deliver Great Value

How can you make sure you receive abundance and prosperity? What is the key? There are many different components to reaching your dreams and achieving your desires. There are many different steps and techniques. But a fundamental principle is that you receive back what you give.

"Give and receive" has been a thread running throughout history and it holds true today. When you give people something they need and value, you’ll get back what you want. In general, that’s money. And it’s OK to want money. Just deliver awesome value to get it.

People have problems they need solved. They need inspiration, motivation, and to be uplifted. People need help getting organized, improving themselves, and learning new things. There are many different things people need, and you can probably help fill a need.

You Are Already Perfect

By Aimee Yawnick

As I build and strengthen my relationship with my self and my business, I grow ever closer to what my coach refers to as "profound clarity". With each new learning about myself, I get a new understanding about what I am meant to help my clients with on their journey.

While I was reading an article on vacation last week, I was struck so profoundly by a distinction that clarified my purpose even further. Although I do believe in the importance of developing one’s self, I believe it is far more important to first, ACCEPT one’s self. What became so clear to me is that my purpose is to help women first come to accept themselves as they are, for better or worse.

One of the governing principles of coaching is that we are all naturally, creative, resourceful and whole. There is no fixing necessary. When a client comes to me it is not because there is something broken or wrong with her. My job is to be the mirror that reflects my client’s brilliance back to her.

Self Belief and Motivation – How They Help

Self belief or motivation is the pedestal of all positive energy and affirmative activities that you indulge in through out your lifetime. Possibly these two qualities are much more significant in comparison to your self respect. The way you express and interpret things to yourself is extremely essential. If you really wish to enhance your motivation power as well as self belief, you require a strong desire which will show you the way.

Not always motivation comes from within. At times you might feel motivated by various external factors. For instance an influential person may be your friend or relative can persuade you to begin something innovative or push you towards a positive direction. Furthermore you can feel encouraged by devotion or faith in divinity and by serving the social causes. Sometimes one can feel like starting afresh and accomplish pending tasks driven by a series of negative events.

Five Easy Steps to Move Through Crippling Fear

Overcoming fears and facing situations which appear daunting can be one of the most challenging areas in a person’s life. As we have previously discussed, all people will feel a surge of adrenalin when facing a new area, which as we now know is a part of the human make-up. The adrenalin is there (as we covered in day 2) to help a person become more ‘switched on’ if there was any danger whilst on route to their goal. Facing a fear is entirely the person’s prerogative, and anyone who chooses to face their fears must also be prepared to deal with and accept the consequences as a result of their actions.

The big push

A very old school method of teaching children how to overcome their fear of deep water was to take them to the deepest part of the pool and throw them in with or without their consent. The teacher would then believe that this would be an ‘instant’ cure to the child’s phobia. If the child did respond well to this method, that was good. However, the flip side to this method is that it can send the child back even further to create a deeper fear than before as it may overpower the individual and reverse all the previous successes.

Following Your Dreams – The Art of Drawing Your Desires

There has been much written on and spoken about when it comes to Manifesting your wants and desires. In fact, David and I did a few shows on that very topic. The one thing that I have found to be true and most important for Manifestation is:

Thoughts have Power!!

We all know or should know by now how the brain works. Electrical impulses send information to all areas of our bodies. Thoughts and images are all forms of electrical impulses. Here is where the connection gets lost for some people. Everything around us is a form of energy. Thoughts are a form of energy, the things that make up every aspect of our daily lives are forms of energy.

In the Law of Attraction Like draws Like. What does that mean? If we put it into to terms of our thoughts it means this, What you focus your thoughts on is what you draw into your life. I know we have all heard that thousands of times but what does that really mean? It’s quite simple, if say you are looking to become an actor, but you have thoughts let’s say right before an audition like, "I don’t think I have what they need" or "I just know there Will be someone there who is better than me", chances are that is exactly what will happen. You called it into being, you made it real. Some would say that is the "Law of Self-fulfillment" and in a way yes it is. I would like you to think for a minute that it is the energy you focused on and in doing so brought into existence making your thoughts reality.
